Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
- All artwork will be posted tracked and insured with the appropriate insurance for its value.
- All artwork will be carefully packaged and posted within 7 days of purchase.
-If you have a more urgent deadline please contact me
- Shipping to Europe and beyond is available at checkout
- Please allow up ten days for UK deliveries to arrive and 2-3 weeks for Europe & worldwide
- All art is sent from the UK. Please note that depending on your region and local customs duties, additional local charges may occur which isn’t covered in the shipping cost and will need to be settled by the client
- In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please email me at info@susannahtaylor.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and save the original packaging. Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging and include that in your email as evidence for us to use with the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return your item please follow the below steps:
1. Email us info@susannahtaylor.com within 14 days of receipt with the following:

Your order number

The product(s) you would like to return

The reason for the return
2. We will provide you with the return address.
3. Package the product(s) securely and send back via your chosen courier. Please note:

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment unless a returns label is provided.

We advise using a tracked service to ensure your return makes it back safely, so please retain your proof of postage and also include your sending address on the parcel in case of any issues with delivery.
4. Your order will be refunded back to the original payment method once it has been safely received.
Note: We're currently not able to offer free returns unless a product arrives damaged, faulty or is incorrect. In these circumstances, a pre-paid returns label will be provided. Outside of these circumstances, the cost and handling of a return is the responsibility of you, the customer, and we ask you to carefully consider the means of transit back to the brand to ensure safe delivery.
NOTE: I cannot accept returns on original art, commissions, or bespoke projects
